Welcome to Dollar Shine. By accessing our website or placing an order through our store, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our store or making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our store.
These Terms of Service apply to all products sold through Dollar Shine regardless of which fulfillment partner, supplier, or platform is used to process or ship your order — now or in the future.
1. About Dollar Shine
Dollar Shine is an independent online dropshipping store based in Ontario, Canada, operating through a Shopify-powered website at www.dollarshine.ca. We sell a variety of products fulfilled and shipped directly to customers by our trusted third-party fulfillment and manufacturing partners.
• We do not hold physical inventory.
• Products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our partners to your door.
• Some products are custom made to order specifically for your purchase.
• We are fully responsible for your customer experience including orders, support, refunds, and disputes.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
• All information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organization you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. However please be aware:
• Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen, monitor, or device settings.
• For custom and print-on-demand products, minor variations in print quality or color are normal and within acceptable manufacturing standards.
• Sizing charts are provided as a guide only. Please review them carefully before ordering.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product listings at any time without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time.
4. Ordering & Payment
Placing an order: When you place an order through Dollar Shine you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Order confirmation: After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance or availability until your order is fulfilled and shipped.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a pricing error.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods available through our checkout. Payment is processed securely — we do not store your full payment card details.
Taxes: Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location and applicable laws.
5. Fulfillment & Shipping
All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted third-party fulfillment and manufacturing partners. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree that:
• Production time of 2–7 business days is required before your order ships.
• Shipping times vary by destination — estimated delivery to USA and Canada is 5–15 business days after dispatch.
• Dollar Shine offers FREE standard shipping to the United States and Canada on all orders.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
• Dollar Shine is not responsible for delays caused by fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
• Multiple items in one order may ship separately from different fulfillment centers and arrive on different days.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
All sales at Dollar Shine are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selected by the customer, or used items. We offer replacements or refunds only for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost in transit — reported within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement before entering production. Once in production cancellations are not possible.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Dollar Shine website including but not limited to the store name, logo, product designs, graphics, text, images, and layout is owned by or licensed to Dollar Shine and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or commercially use any content from our store without prior written permission from Dollar Shine.
• By purchasing a product you receive a personal non-commercial license to own and use that item only.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our designs or products without explicit written authorization.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Prohibited Use
By using our store you agree that you will not:
• Use our store for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Place false or fraudulent orders
• Provide false personal or payment information
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our website or systems
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce any content from our store without permission
• Use our store in any way that could harm Dollar Shine, our partners, or other customers
• Resell our products commercially without written authorization
We reserve the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, and take legal action against anyone who violates these terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties express or implied. Dollar Shine makes no warranties including but not limited to:
• That our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• That products will meet every expectation beyond what is described
• That delivery times will always meet estimates
• That colors and appearances will be identical to screen display
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Dollar Shine shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our store or products
• Delays, errors, or failures in fulfillment or shipping caused by our partners or carriers
• Loss of data, profits, or business resulting from use of or inability to access our store
• Any content or conduct of third-party websites linked from our store
Our maximum total liability for any claim relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law. If you are a consumer in Canada or the United States your statutory rights remain fully in effect and take precedence where required by law.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
